"Firstly, I am sorry not to have put feedback on before now. Secondly I would just like to say a very big thank you for all your help and advice. Although it has not been fitted yet (I have a date of the 12th December from the fitter and cannot wait to have a beautiful fireplace to look at) I cannot recommend your service enough, you were so helpful and went that extra mile (which most showrooms do not do).
