	I ordered a Charlotte Marble Fireplace suite on the monday evening and its was delivered within 7 days, Charlie was very helpful and always keen to help with anything i asked, it was delivered spot on to the time and the 2 gentleman that delivered it were lovely and very good @ explaining about the care of the fireplace, i love my fireplace it finishes of my living room and would highly recommend them to anyone thank you.. 	Charlie, the fire surround (Charlotte Marble Fireplace with Lights) is now in place and looks great. The ordering online was easy, delivery was arranged with you in a phone call, although original date was cancelled because you and us were snowed in!! but you delivered on time with no delivery charge which is unusual these days.
