"Charlie was very helpful with our non standard cut out due to the fact we had to keep our existing fire and back boiler. We also had to have a larger hearth. This was no problem to the company. Very pleased with the quality and fit of the fireplace it looks really nice even with our old gas fire. Delivery was spot on and the John the delivery man was very pleasant and helpful.
