"Charlie gives a fantastic cystomer service and answers all questions and sets your mind at ease. Nothing was to much trouble to deal with. The fireplace arrived within the promised timescale delivered by two very helpfull members of the firm They explained how to fit the fire together and how to cut out the skirting board. I only wished we could have met Charlie personally but thanks to a superb product which arrived at 4.00pm and i had fitted it in place by 5.30pm i am out of the doghouse with her indoors. Would recommend to anyone for service quality and customer care."
