As we know it's difficult seeing the quality of goods when you only have photographs to view. So tongue in cheek I ordered one that we seemed to like. Fireplaces Delivery & Guarantee Information

  • We provide our own *Free personal delivery service within a 200 mile radius of Wakefield, West Yorkshire (WF6) - Please contact us for a quote if you are outside this radius
  • We ensure Quality control and inspect your fireplace from manufacture through to Delivery in your home.
  • We Guarantee Free replacement if any damage occurs before we hand over your Fireplace.
  • If your fireplace is damaged whilst fitting (if fitted by you or your own tradesman), or through general use, we will offer you a replacement at COST price.
  • Our fireplaces are made to order to allow for non standard sizes or Bespoke customisation and may therefore take between 15 and 20 days for completion. (if you require your fireplace sooner than this, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to meet your requirement).
