	Very pleased with the Rydale fieplace that we ordered from you. It arrived on time with a friendly and effficent delivery driver. The fireplace looks great now that it's installed. One small gripe...despite two messages left and a conversation with Charlie, I'm still waiting for a replacement light unit that was faulty. 	Just had my second custom-made fireplace supplied by Charlie and his teami, nstalled this time in my mother's home. Excellent communication as always, delivered promptly on the day I needed it by a pleasant, knowledgeable member of staff. Every edge of this latest custom-made Rydale has been mitred and the finished effect, together with a gas-coal fire, is a real focal point in an otherwise dark room. The conceaed light (optionl extra) above the fire makes the fireplace look especially attractiv.. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

	Ordered a bespoke sized Ryedale fireplace in Bianca marble, it arrived in 2 weeks on time undamaged in the exact size that has been requested. I was also kept well informed in advance the exact date and time of delivery. The fireplace now fitted in my living room is of excellent quality and value for money compared to local shops that were selling similar fireplaces. I would definitely recommend marbletech to friends and would not hesitate to order again... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

	Having viewed initially on line we visited the showroom, our two preferred fireplaces were on display which allowed us to make the final choice. Ordered on line with no problem. Ryedale Fireplace was delivered on time as promised and brought into the house by a polite and helpful driver. We were able to fully inspect the Ryedale fireplace prior to payment. The fireplace was installed by a moderate diyer in less than an hour and we are delighted with the end result. Would have no hesitation in re.. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

	We ordered the Ryedale Marble Fireplace with lights and had it slightly customised with a curved hearth. Just finished refurbishment and fireplace looks fabulous now installed. The communication from Marbletech was faultess, the delivery fitted around us, the man that brought it couldn't be any more helpful and polite and, as I said, the fireplace is great. 	Purchased a 'Ryedale' marble fireplace September 2009. The quality is superb and compares very favourably with other makes at twice the price. It was delivered personally by one of the owners of the company ensuring that no damage was done to it during transport. This small company offers a magnificant service and product. 	hi Charlie your company is true to form the Ryedale Marble Fireplace i ordered as a special size was made to exactly as required i was impressed by the way i was kept informed of its manufacturing progress and that the delivery was right on the dot as promised by yourselves unpacked and checked by charlie who i may say is very approachable and nothing is too much trouble the fireplace is now fitted and looks an absolute treat.
