Fireplaces : Due to the fragile nature of marble and to ensure complete satisfaction we provide our own personal delivery service on ALL Fireplaces. This service ensures your fireplace arrives in perfect condition and will never be handled by any 3rd party couriers.
On delivery of your fireplace you or the recipient of your fireplace will be taken through a quality inspection looking for any signs of manufacture defect or damage or damage caused by transportation, after which you will be asked to confirm acceptance of your Fireplace(s). If there are any defects found Marbletech fireplaces will offer a replacement at no extra charge. You will also be provided with instructions on how to install your fireplace and the methods with which you should keep our fireplaces looking as good as the day it was purchased.
A small delivery charge may be incurred for locations outside 200 Miles of Wakefield, West Yorkshire (Wf6) - Please contact us for a quote. As a guideline delivery charges range from as little as £30 to a maximum of £95 (the charge is based on any distance above our 200 mile boundary from Pontefract WF7) .
Gas Fires & Elecric Fires : If you purchase a fire at the same time as your fireplace you will recieve the same personal delivery and cosmetic inspection service including free delivery if you are within our designated boundary. Individual Fire purchases may be delivered by Parceline carrier whos normal terms, conditions and charges apply (please contact us for a quote and further details). Should you find your fire has been delivered and is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will help rectify any issues you may have.
