"Would not hesitate to recommend. Fireplace was supplied in double-quick time. Thank-you, Charlie. Was given delivery time of 10am, and driver arrived at 9.30am. Charming delivery man unloaded and checked all pieces, and explained re fitting, etc. Fireplace now in situ and looks great - at a much better price than available on the High Street, and delivered much quicker (within a week). Have not had reason to contact further, but impression is that customer services would quickly and efficiently follow up any issues."
